We accept items in various conditions—working, non-working, or damaged. However, the better the condition, the higher the payout. Be sure to accurately describe your item to receive a fair offer. 

Yes! We offer free shipping on all items you sell to us. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label or arrange a pickup if necessary. 

Once we receive and inspect your electronics, we aim to process payments within 1-3 business days. Payments can be made via PayPal or Zelle, depending on your preference. 

Absolutely! You can sell as many items as you’d like in one transaction. Just select all the products you want to sell on our website and complete the process. 

In rare cases, the item might not match the condition described. If this happens, we’ll contact you with a revised offer. You can choose to accept the new offer or have your item returned at no cost. 

Yes! We buy non-working electronics as well. We’ll evaluate the extent of the damage and provide a fair offer based on the repairability and demand for parts.

It is your responsibility to make sure that you pack and ship the items securely. If you ship using our prepaid shipping labels, all packages are insured up to $100. 

Once your item is in transit, cancellations are not possible. However, you can choose to decline the final offer once we inspect the item, and we will return it to you for free.
